Verdano puts you in control of your account and your data. You can delete your Verdano account — and the personal information associated with it — at any time, using either of the methods below.
1. Delete your account in the app
Open the Verdano app and go to your Profile.
Tap “Delete account” and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and all of your data, and it cannot be undone.
2. Request deletion by email
If you can’t access the app, email us at support@verdano.ge from the email address linked to your account (or include your account phone number), with the subject line “Delete my account”.
We’ll verify that the request comes from the account owner before deleting anything.
3. What gets deleted
Your profile, listings, saved searches, notification subscriptions, favorites and chat messages are removed.
Where the law requires it — for example to prevent fraud or to meet a legal obligation — a limited set of records may be kept for a short period and then deleted.
4. How long it takes
In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
